This set includes all three of our Black Diamond blade knives -- 6" Chef, 5" Utility, and 4" Paring Knives.

2nd in hardness only to diamond. The result is the most durable ceramic knife possible. We create these knives with our very best 100% Zirconium Carbide-Black blades which are produced by a special "sintering" process (re-heat & pressing) which chemically alters Zirconium Oxide to produce Zirconium Carbide. The color changes from White to Black. The resulting Carbide material makes the blade several times harder.
With durable, moisture-resistant ABS handle, and a blade that is elegantly finished, these knives represent a new generation of fine ceramic cutlery. The razor sharp blade retains its original sharpness for years longer than steel blades, and cooking with ceramic is a pure & healthy alternative. These knives are easy to clean, only requiring a rinse and wipe with a kitchen towel. Each knife in this set comes in its own sturdy felt-lined presentation box, making them a great gift!
